The Skippo Story
At Skippo we’re on a mission to radically simplify boatlife for the many boaters in the Nordics through smart, digital services. Welcome onboard our journey! In our Stockholm Studio, our team boat-loving crew of digital strategists, designers and developers are creating next-generation boating products and services that are intuitive, beautiful and leveraging the latest technologies for the ultimate local Nordic boating experience. Skippo, The Boatlife Company In 2022, Skippo acquired the leading leisure boat navigation app, På Sjön, from Eniro.
We will continue to build on the success of the app while modernizing the experience with new and improved functionality. But we’re not stopping here, we will continue to create new services for our community of almost one million boaters in the Nordics in order to reach our ambition of a simpler, safer and more sustainable boatlife for all.
Skippo was founded in 2022 by Fredrik Oscarson, Felix Erhardt and Richard Setterwall with a mission to transform boating. All three have decades of experience from building, scaling and investing in fast-growing digital companies and came together to share their joint experiences to start Skippo and be able to offer boaters the kinds of modern, digital services available in most other industries and areas of society.
